Estimated Shipping Times
After you complete your purchase, please allow 1-2 days for processing, regardless of shipping method chosen. Following this processing period, your order will be shipped. Generally, it will take your item 7-12 business days to arrive, depending on the country being shipped to and shipping method chosen.

To track your item, find the shipping confirmation email we sent you and click the link to view the shipping progress. Please note that in some cases, shipping updates will not be displayed immediately, however your package is still in transit.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship orders to many countries around the world. However, certain remote areas or locations with customs restrictions may be excluded. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method. The estimated delivery time will be displayed during checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Note: Estimated delivery times do not account for customs delays, strikes, or external factors such as extreme weather conditions.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link via email so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/volume of your order. During promotions, we may offer free shipping to selected countries or on orders above a certain value.
6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Customers outside the origin country of the warehouse may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local government. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping prices.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly. Bellori is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. If the package is returned to our warehouse, we may charge a new shipping fee to resend the order.
8. Chinese New Year Holiday (Supplier Delay Notice)
Please note that from February 16 to March 4, our suppliers and manufacturing partners observe the Chinese New Year holiday period.
During this time:
Order processing and shipment dispatch may experience extended delays.
Delivery timelines may exceed standard estimates due to supplier shutdowns and international logistics backlogs.
By placing an order during this period, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to the extended processing and shipping times resulting from the Chinese New Year holiday and associated global supply chain limitations.
9. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at support@belloriparis.com We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your order and find a prompt solution.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
